Support for Moms

Pregnancy and the transition to motherhood can bring profound emotional and physical changes. While this time is often expected to feel joyful, many women also experience anxiety, sadness, overwhelm, or self-doubt. You might find yourself constantly worrying about your baby, experiencing scary thoughts or images, or feeling disconnected from yourself, your baby, or others. You may struggle with sleep, or wonder why this feels harder than you expected. Motherhood feels hard because it IS hard. These experiences are more common than people realize. Contrary to what society may tell you, you do not need to go through this alone.

When you work with me, you will have a supportive space to process the emotional shifts that come with pregnancy, postpartum, postpartum recovery, and into motherhood. Together, we will explore the pressures, expectations, and changes you may be facing. You will learn tools to help you feel more grounded, supported, and confident in this chapter of life.

Whether you are preparing for motherhood, adjusting to life with a new baby, or trying to navigate challenges well into your motherhood, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself. It can help you find yourself again. As a therapist and a mother myself, I have a deep appreciation for the adjustment to motherhood and I would be honored to support you in your journey.
