I’m a genuine person! I show up in the therapy room the I show up in my everyday life: with curiosity, compassion, and a good sense of humor! I pride myself in my ability to be able to be myself with others. This allows me to help you feel comfortable to be yourself, too. I am a huge fan of the therapy process and always aim to be creative in how I can support you. I also thoroughly enjoy sharing skills to help with things like distress, relationship issues, and dealing with difficult emotions.
